Ishika Thite, hailing from Vadodara, Gujarat, has overcome the challenges of contemptuous behavior towards combat sportspersons from her state to become the first professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter from Gujarat. Despite facing skepticism and lack of aggression commonly associated with Gujarat’s sports culture, Ishika has persevered, driven by her love for combat sports.
